The Development Programs:

  • HawkEye LOA-4 Aircraft - Disaster Emergency First Response

The requirement for a "mission specific" light observation aircraft (LOA) for use in the first response efforts immediately following a major catastrophe, is needed to address the typical earthquake, tsunami, or hurricane disasters that are occurring globally.

The Company is planning to develop the HawkEye LOA-4 aircraft design for disaster "emergency first response" missions. It is intended to be a "rapid deployment" observation aircraft, equipped with the latest electronic surveillance equipment for detecting life-signs of disaster victims trapped in debris or damaged structures, over a wide search area, in the shortest amount of time - as a search and rescue (SAR) airborne platform, electronically transmitting coordinates to ground rescue teams.

The ability of this aircraft to be shipped with wings detached (to fit in a sea container, or military transport aircraft pallet) makes it readily available to be air-lifted to nearby regional staging areas for immediate search and rescue SAR sorties. This is vital to the mission capability of this type of aircraft because "time is of the essence" when searching for survivors immediately after the disaster.

Its light weight, low maintenance, rugged construction, and ease of operations, will make it a mission-specific aircraft capable of successfully saving lives in this particular emergency first response SAR mode.

  • Transporter-1 Aircraft - Tactical Disaster Relief Air Transportation
Organizations large and small toil to seek, accumulate, store, arrange and package items for needy causes the world over. Each organization does this through countless hours of phone calls, meetings, mailers and personal appeals --- all with the vision of the recipient in some far off place actually receiving the relief shipment - on time and where it is needed.

The Company is developing the Transporter-1 Aircraft  design, a small STOL aircraft, with the primary mission-specific ability to accommodate tactical humanitarian shipments for delivery to and from remote staging hubs to the outlying locations, assisting in the expedited regional humanitarian off-airport airlift delivery of disaster relief cargo.

The Aircraft's designed-in rugged construction, and short-take-off-and-landing (STOL) capability, will allow it to routinely operate from remote/rough unimproved airstrips, while easily lifting and delivering the much needed food, water, and medical supplies directly into the heart of the stricken area - directly to disaster victims.  The Aircraft will also be designed to accommodate remote medical operations, which can bring immediate surgical relief to victims, saving lives.

The Company's Prototype Development and Production Capability

The Company is very strong in corporate management, engineering development management, FAA certification, and aerospace production management regarding utility aircraft. Since its inception in 2004, the Company has developed "decades-long" business relationships for subcontract production management and manufacturing expertise, which brings full aerospace manufacturing capability to the Company.

Humanitarian Air Transportation Emergency and Disaster Relief Solutions

The Company has recently partnered with a veteran humanitarian shipper to further solidify its operational capabilities. The Company is well positioned to make significant strides in technology developments in assisting the efforts of groups as diverse as the US Military, to large, small, and individual donors. The Company is also well versed in the logistics of humanitarian air cargo movement, staging, and warehousing both in the U.S. and globally.

The Company is focusing its 2010 business-plan development efforts to actively researching the development and acquisition of new aerospace technology to responsibly fill the mission-specific aircraft void in humanitarian relief pertaining to "emergency first response" disaster relief efforts and the timely and efficient "tactical air transportation" of off-airport humanitarian relief cargo.

The Company's Primary Mission:

To continue to build the Company's asset base, develop cash-flow, and to continue to build shareholder value - while assisting in the technological development of mission-specific Humanitarian Relief Aircraft Programs.
